Coastal Medicinal Plant Walk
Coastal Medicinal Plant Walk
Expect a balance of science, spirit, and connection. This will be a slow, mindful walk to meet a handful of native plants, learn what their medicinal gifts are and how to identify them, and make meaningful connections that you will remember.
Herbal tea will be served at the end to enjoy with one another, so bring a mug.
This is the first offering of a monthly plant walk series, so join the newsletter to stay tuned for the next ones and upcoming medicine making workshops.

Grief Gathering for Palestine (via Zoom)
An online gathering in solidarity for the genocide and loss happening in Gaza and Palestine. Somatic rebalancing tools, writing prompts, witnessing, sharing, and movement will be included.
Come join this sacred grief container so we can heal as we feel while being held by community. Grief for all lives, Palestinian, Israeli, and all others will be welcomed however we recognize what is happening as genocide of the Palestinian people. This will not be a political discourse or space to discuss the events, but a space to be with community and digest our grief.
This offering is free or by donation, we suggest donating to the Palestinian Children’s Relief Fund (PCRF).
Facilitated by Amber and the Dark Woods of Grief Team.
