Coastal Medicinal Plant Walk

Expect a balance of science, spirit, and connection. This will be a slow, mindful walk to meet a handful of native plants, learn what their medicinal gifts are and how to identify them, and make meaningful connections that you will remember.

Herbal tea will be served at the end to enjoy with one another, so bring a mug.

This walk is taking place on the traditional territory of the Yuułuʔiłʔatḥ (Ucluelet) Nation, and the plants we will be visiting are native to this land. The Yuułuʔiłʔatḥ people have been and continue to be the original tenders and medicine people of this beautiful place, and ways to interact with the plants and potentially harvest respectfully will be acknowledged. Thank you to the Yuułuʔiłʔatḥ for allowing us all to be here and remember how to be right relationship again with all beings.
